Pay to Read - 2007/01/03 00:28 I'm a little new to the world of making money by owning and keeping up a website, however, I have dabbled in other ways to make money online. So, I'm not sure if this topic fits here, but I'll post about it just in case ...

One thing I've found which is INCREDIBLY easy is hits4pay and inboxdollars.com. These websites pay you to read advertisements. They just send you emails (usually 2-3/day), and you click on the link to verify that you read it. The pay is about .02-.05/ad, which is practically nothing, but also practically no work is involved and it is better than nothing.

Re:Pay to Read - 2007/01/03 02:15 Not much money. Wouldn't it be better to do survey's. ciao.co.uk pay good money for them. I heard that if you happen to be an 18-34 year old business executive, you get a lot of big money ones because they are very hard to get to survey.

Re:Pay to Read - 2007/01/03 02:28 Haha I once did one of those surveys on the phone, took me about an hour, I was well cheesed off!

To be honest I have never tried making money by any of those kind of methods. Mainly because I don't like remedial tasks I think! I get bored very quickly.

If you can be bothered doing it, maybe even write a nice script to do it automatically, then maybe it would be worthwhile. Let me know if you try it, I would love to know if it's worthwhile.

Doubt it to be honest, after all the website owners are making money out of you.

Re:Pay to Read - 2007/01/04 16:25 I have done surveys in the past, but most of them take so LONG and only make $1-3. With the pay-to-read emails, it literally takes 1-2 seconds (depending on your internet connection) since you just click a link in the email, a box opens and then you close it. I do it while I check my email every morning. I get bored with tasks that are too easy also, but this takes such a minimal amount of time, it's hard to get bored.

Re:Pay to Read - 2007/01/04 17:40 But the method of surveys I mentioned pay about £10/survey sometimes. Worth a try.
